Produced in the village of Kouses in the Messara plain of southern Crete, this certified Demeter® Biodynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted with respect for nature, tradition, and quality, by Kouses Estate. The olive groves are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that promotes soil health, biodiversity, and natural balance.
The olives are carefully harvested between November and February and transported in special crates to preserve their freshness. They are cold-pressed daily in a certified olive mill, ensuring maximum quality and preserving the oil's natural aromas, antioxidants, and nutritional value.
